WELCOME TO THE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES PAGE

Here you will find a list of upcoming events and activities as well as information for parents or youth.

General Information:  Some events are held directly on the CornerStone facilities.  Other events such as attending movies, going to the beach or other area require transportation.  We enlist our current youth worker or parents to attend.  Each driver will possess proper insurance and each youth under 18 will require a permission slip.  

For summer camp, every participant (including counselors) will be required to complete the information necessary from the summer camp facility. 

Summer Camp 2013

Youth:  You have plenty of opportunities to participate, but you will be required to do two things.  1)  In order to attend most events, you need to be a youth in good standing.  You must be a regular attender as well as an active participant in fundraisers.  In some cases, you are able to invite friends but they must also have the approval of the youth pastor prior to the event and meet any requirements.  2)  You must have a completed permission slip if necessary.  No exceptions.

Parents: Youth will be properly supervised by adult workers.  At a minimum, there are at least two adult workers for all youth events and activities.  For events and activities that are not during the normal youth bible study times, a permission slip will be required.  Please make sure you provide us an emergency contact information as well as important information we should know (food allergies, medication, etc.) In some cases, such as summer camp, youth will be required to have parents complete more detailed information.  It is important for us to answer any questions you might have about any event.  Please see Pastor Waldo or a  youth volunteer for any questions you may have regarding time and location.
